Each CUSTOM DESIGN is a unique creation: it is customized at the customer's request with designs made by hand by our stylist Dong. 

Delivery times vary from 20 to 60 days based on current bookings.

How to order the CUSTOM DESIGN:

1. Fill out and send the booking form;
2. Wait for a response from our customer service (24/48 hours) who will show you all the details, including the expected delivery date;
3. When Dong starts working on your customization you will be contacted for the advance payment of € 229,00;
4. Immediately after receiving the payment it will take about 7/10 days for delivery (depending on the difficulty of the project).

Important:

• You will be free to cancel the order until the customization start date (before payment);
• It is not possible to request a refund or exchange of CUSTOM DESIGN sneakers.
