The Id Lab collects different types of personal data of the interested party. By personal data we mean, pursuant to art. 4 of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (or "GDPR"), any type of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. It should be noted that Id Lab will process personal data in a diversified manner depending on whether the interested party is using one of the owner's services, is simply browsing the site or accessing its complete functions.

Specifically, the data processed are indicated below:

• Data that are provided by the User through:

a) the form in the "Contacts" section. These are those personal data (such as name, surname, e-mail address, message) that the user enters to request a contact through the form in the aforementioned "Contacts" section.

b) The form of the "Assistance" section. These are those personal data (such as name, surname, e-mail address, message) that the User enters to request basic assistance in using the products purchased through the form in the "Assistance" section of the site .

c) Forms present in the e-commerce section. This is the personal data that the user enters in order to proceed with the order, payment and shipment of the product through the appropriate forms in the e-commerce section of the site.

We remind you that Id Lab will process these data deeming that they refer to the user who entered them or, in the case of entering data of third parties who has acquired the necessary consents from them. Therefore in this case the User grants the widest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damage from processing that should reach Id Lab from third parties whose personal data have been processed in a manner that does not comply with the law. current.

• Data processed by the owner for the management of existing contracts. These are those data (name, surname, bank details, contact details) that the owner must be able to process in order to carry out the activities contractually requested by the customer.

• Site navigation data. This term refers to those personal data that are collected by the computer system of the site and whose transmission is implicit in the use of the communication protocols of the internet. These are data relating to the use of the site and navigation which, although collected to be not associated with the interested party, could allow - under certain circumstances - his identification through particular processing with data held by third parties. By way of non-exhaustive example, these are:

• IP addresses, domain names, navigation data and any other data concerning the interaction of the interested party with the site;

• The URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the interested party the data relating to the devices and / or computers used by the interested party to access the site, including the type of browser, code unique device, language, operating system, reference web page;

• name of the internet service provider (ISP);

FOR WHAT PURPOSES WILL WE TREAT YOUR DATA?

We use the data to pursue the following purposes:

ON WHICH LEGAL BASES WILL WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

The treatment can be validly carried out when one of the legal bases provided for by art. 6 I ° paragraph of the GDPR

• letter b): execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures;

• letter c): fulfillment of a legal obligation to which we are subject (such as, for example, the evasion of the requests made by the interested parties relating to the exercise of the rights provided for by the GDPR);

• letter f): legitimate interest of the owner consisting in sending informative emails, for the purpose of direct sales of their products or services, to subjects who have already provided their email coordinates in the context of the sale of a product or service similar to those object of the sale, as required by art. 130 IV paragraph of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 (so-called Privacy Code),
and one of the conditions of inapplicability provided for by art. 9 XNUMXnd paragraph

• letter f): defense and exercise of a right recognized by the legal system to the owner.
We also want to point out that to stop receiving emails sent pursuant to Article 130 IV paragraph of the Privacy Code, it is necessary to express dissent by email to be sent to hello@id-eight.com.

HOW ARE THE DATA PROCESSED?

Personal data are processed electronically. Despite this, it is not excluded that Id Lab can process the data with paper supports. In both cases, the owner undertakes to use high quality standards in order to guarantee the protection of the personal data of the interested party, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6 below.

HOW ARE YOUR DATA PROTECTED?

In order to guarantee an adequate level of data protection to limit the risk of improper or illegal use of the same, technical and organizational security measures have been adopted that respect the parameters established by art. 32 of the GDPR. In particular, we use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures and controls to protect the Data Subject's Personal Information from loss, abuse and unauthorized access.

WHICH ARE THE SUBJECTS THAT WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR DATA OR TO WHOM CAN THEY BE COMMUNICATED?

Your data may be disclosed, in accordance with the Regulations, the sector legislation and this information:

• to third-party companies or other subjects who carry out activities on behalf of the Data Controller, also in their capacity as external data processors;

• to any recipients of the processing, such as, for example, insurance companies and credit institutions, couriers or shipping companies, technicians in charge of the maintenance and / or repair of hardware, software and all IT and telematic equipment, couriers ;

• to employees and collaborators specifically authorized;

• to subjects who can access the data by virtue of the provision of law, regulation or community legislation, within the limits set by these rules;

• to subjects to whom they must be communicated by law.

IS IT COMPULSORY TO PROVIDE THE DATA? WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY REFUSAL?

Whether the provision of your personal data is mandatory or not varies according to the service requested or the interaction that the interested party decides to carry out with the site. In this regard, the cases are specified below.

• During the compilation of the forms, the data marked with an asterisk (*) (and therefore, name, surname, email address, telephone number, company) are mandatory as they are necessary to be able to examine the request made.

On the contrary, the provision of data from the registration forms not marked with an asterisk are not mandatory. Failure to provide them does not affect the execution of the request.

• The provision of the data required to execute the contractually requested services is mandatory.
As regards the navigation data, however, they are generated by the computer system of the site, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the network communication protocols.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT?

In compliance with art. 5 I ° paragraph lett. e) of the GDPR, we will process your data only for the time necessary to pursue the purposes indicated above.

In particular, the data provided will be stored by the owner according to the following parameters:

1. for administration, accounting and management of any litigation: 10 years from the termination of the relationship or for the time required and / or imposed by regulatory obligations and in any case until the expiry of the limitation periods in order to be able to assert any existing legal claims;

2. to send advertising communications made pursuant to art. 130 IV paragraph of the Privacy Code: until your dissent is expressed by sending an email to hello@id-eight.com.

WILL THE DATA OF THE INTERESTED PARTY BE THE SUBJECT OF PROFILING?

Your data is not subject to automated decision-making.

CAN YOUR DATA BE TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA?

Some personal data of the interested party may be transferred to subjects who operate as IT service providers, located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). It is therefore possible that your information may be transferred to a non-EEA country.

We remind you that the aforementioned service providers have been expressly appointed as external managers of the processing of personal data and that all the guarantees provided by law are prepared to ensure compliance with the legislation provided for by EU Regulation 679/2016 (e.g. adequacy decision by the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses).

WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS THAT THE REGULATION RECOGNIZES?

Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, the interested party, at any time and free of charge, may exercise the rights recognized to the Data Controller, namely:

(a) Right of Access: by exercising this right, the interested party can obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and be informed in relation to the processing operations carried out by Id Lab (as expressly indicated in art.15 of EU Regulation 2016/679).

(b) Right of rectification: by exercising this right, the interested party may request that their personal data be rectified if they believe they are not accurate or incomplete (Article 16 of EU Regulation 2016/679). The interested party can directly exercise this right also by accessing his / her personal page.

(c) Right to cancellation: by exercising this right, the interested party can obtain the cancellation of their data, within the limits permitted by law (Article 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679).

(d) Right of Limitation: through the exercise of this right, the interested party may obtain the limitation of the processing of their personal data (Article 18 of EU Regulation 2016/679). In the request, the interested party must specify which specific treatments are subject to limitation.

(e) Right of notification in case of rectification or cancellation of personal data or limitation of processing: by exercising this right, the interested party may be informed of any corrections or cancellations or limitations to processing relating to personal data concerning him ( art.19 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation);

(f) Right to portability: Through the exercise of this right the interested party may (in the cases provided for by law) obtain the return of the data he has provided, and where technically feasible, to obtain the transfer to a third party (art. 20 of EU Regulation 2016/679).

(g) Right to object: Through the exercise of this right, the interested party may object at any time, for reasons connected to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him (Article 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679) . The interested party can decide whether to oppose the profiling or the sending of information communications, expressly indicating the reasons in both cases. In case of exercise of this right, activities for that specific treatment cannot be carried out unless aimed at assessing the legitimacy of the request. The data, before the outcome of the evaluation, will not be processed.

(h) Right to withdraw consent: by exercising this right, the interested party may at any time revoke any consent provided regarding one or more treatments.
