Our sneakers tend to run smaller to customers who usually wear two different sizes or an in-between size. If that is your case, we advise you to take the bigger size between the two.
Otherwise, you can compare the measurements in the table above with those provided by the brands you already wear. We do not recommend measuring your foot: it's a tricky method and can easily trip you up!

Shipping: orders destined to any location in Italy are shipped free of charge the working day after we receive the payment. If payment is made via bank transfer, it will take 2 more working days to receive it and ship the package. Delivery to Italy takes one or two business days.
Return and change: both return and change shipping are free in Italy. You have 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered or available for collection to request a return or change of size/style.
Shipping: customers outside of Italy are charged for shipping. Postage is calculated automatically at the checkout page once the destination country is selected. We ship most of orders the working day after we receive your payment. If payment is made via bank transfer, it will take 2 more working days to receive it and ship the package. Delivery to European Union usually takes between two - four business days; delivery to rest of the world usually takes between five - ten business days.
Return and change:you have 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered or available for collection to request a return or change of size/style. Return shipping is always at your expense. Anyway, if you wish to have a different size or style, we can ship you the new requested pair of sneakers free of charge within one - five business days of receiving your return. Returned items are refunded one - five business days after they get back to our warehouse.
