Note: if you select the day after today, the day will be understood as next week. Example: to book on Wednesday, you must send the request by Monday evening, to book on Friday, you must send the request by Wednesday evening. You will still receive a confirmation email from the courier with the date and time for collection as soon as we will make your reservation.

The costs for the collection of the product and the delivery of the exchange are at our expense.
Collection and delivery take place at the same time.
We will arrange for the courier to be booked on the day and at the address indicated by you.

Instructions for preparing the package to be entrusted to the courier:

If you have not kept the envelope in which the package arrived, you can line the shoe box with wrapping paper or alternatively newspaper, (making sure that the adhesive tape with which you seal it does not touch the walls of the box directly).
Our label must be attached to the package thus obtained (whether you have lined it with the envelope or packed it with paper): Download label to print

If you reuse our envelope, it is important that the label with your address is covered (to avoid returning the package).

Refund Notes:

The costs for the collection of the product are at our expense.
Important: within a few days you will receive an email from GLS, inside you will find a link where you can book the collection of the package on the day you prefer.
The refund will be made within 7 days of receiving the old product and immediately after evaluating its status.

Contact a courier of your choice to book the collection at your home.
The shipping costs for the new model or size you have chosen are to be paid by Id.Eight
We will ship the new product of your choice within 10 days from the date of shipment of the old product and immediately after evaluating its status.
