Size guide
Sizes vary from brand to brand and model to model, so we have developed our chart to help you purchase the right shoes for your feet.
How to measure your foot:
Remember that your toes must be free to move even inside your shoes. When placing your foot on the Id.Eight insole, your toes should not reach the tip; there should be an empty space of at least one centimeter in front of them.
Before choosing your size, measure both of your feet, as they are often not the same. You will only need a sheet of paper, a pencil, and a tape measure or ruler.
- Wear thin socks and stand in the center of a sheet of paper, distributing your weight evenly on both feet.
- Place the pencil perfectly vertical (perpendicular to the floor) behind your heel and make a mark where it touches the paper.
- Then, still with the pencil vertical, make another mark at the tip of your longest toe (which is not always the big toe).
- Measure the distance between these two marks: this will give you the length of your foot.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size and, if necessary, adding a soft chlorophyll insole under the Id.Eight footbed.
