Refund policy
Orders placed up to 19/08/2025:
For returns or refunds on orders placed up to 19 August 2025, please contact us exclusively via the LIVE CHAT on our website.
From 19 August a new website is active: the procedure described below applies only to orders placed after that date.
Refund procedure (ONLY for orders from 20/08/2025 onwards):

Log in to My Account > Orders, select the order and click on Request Refund.

Wait for approval and return instructions via email..
Returns from Europe (free of charge): our courier will collect the package directly from your address.
Returns from outside Europe (at customer’s expense): ship with a courier of your choice to the following address: Alpi Servizio Moda – Via di Gonfienti 2/b, Interporto Prato, 59100 Prato (PO)
The refund request must be submitted within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
The refund will cover the full amount paid, after inspection of the returned products.
Size or model exchange: you must first request a refund. Once the refund has been received, you may purchase the new pair of shoes.
ART. 15 – Diritto di Recesso
If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the described procedures, the Company will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product within 14 days from the date on which it has received and inspected the returned goods.
The refunded amount will be net of delivery costs. The Customer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the returned goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods themselves.

Damaged products or products used outdoors will not be replaced or refunded.
