Size Guide

Size varies from brand to brand and model to model, so we've put together our size chart to help you buy the right shoe for your feet.

How to measure your foot:

Remember that your toes must be free to move even inside the shoes, placing your foot on the Id.Eight insole your toes must not reach the tip, but there must be an empty space of at least one centimeter in front of them.

Before choosing the size, measure both your feet, many are often not the same: you will only need a sheet of paper, a pencil and a tape measure or a ruler.

  1. Wear thin socks and stand in the center of a sheet of paper, distributing your weight evenly on both feet.
  2. Place the pencil perfectly vertical (perpendicular to the floor) behind your heel and make a mark where it touches the paper.
  3. Then, still using the vertical pencil, make another mark corresponding to the tip of the longest toe (which is not always the big toe).
  4. Measure the distance between these two marks: you will get the length of the foot.

If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size, adding, if necessary, a soft chlorophyll insole under the Id.Eight footbed.
