In Italy about 16% of buyers ask for an exchange for the wrong size. Help us reduce transport emissions, choose your size carefully!

Our sneakers they dress small for those who wear two different sizes (eg both 37 and 38) or one and a half size (eg 37 and 1/2). If you recognize yourself in these cases, we advise you to choose the bigger size (in both examples it is 38).

Alternatively, you can compare the measurements in the table with those provided by the brands of the shoes you wear. We do not recommend measuring the foot instead: leave a large margin of error!

Almost all of our models are continuous and are restocked every 30/45 days.

We can notify you via email as soon as it becomes available:

  1. Open the product page of your interest;
  2. Select your size;
  3. If not available you will see a "Notify me as soon as available" button, click it
  4. Enter your name and email, then click on the "Notify me as soon as available" button

This way you will be notified as soon as the size is back in stock.

Shipping takes place in 2-5 working days

30 days in case you have ordered a custom design or have made a pre-order of an unavailable size. 

As soon as we ship the package you will receive a confirmation email from ID.EIGHT and then by our courier. 

In the courier's email you will find the tracking code useful to know the progress of the shipment. Click on the link provided via email by our courier to find out the progress of the shipment.

Generally speaking, all of our sneakers are designed to be worn throughout the year.

However, if you are looking for a model specially designed for the cold season, you can consider the Hana Ultra Drop. They have an upper in anti-drop recycled synthetic fabric, which makes the rainwater that you take walking outside run away. ⛈☔️

Even the 100% AppleSkin models offer good resistance to rain: they are Hana white, Duri white, Duri Ink, Duri Mix White, Duri Mix Black, Duri Pink.

The processing of the purchase procedure on ID-EIGHT.IT takes place in absolute security: the payment data are collected through a digital encryption protocol (SSL) to ensure maximum security for all transactions performed on our site.

Orders are shipped with GLS ITALIA and delivered exclusively on working days during office hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of national and local holidays. On some occasions, such as during holidays, there may be slight delays in processing times.

  • Italy (free): standard shipping with GLS courier in 2-5 working days. Free shipping.
  • Outside Italy (to be calculated): standard shipping with GLS courier, estimated delivery times based on the country of destination. Shipping costs are calculated during the purchase phase.

You can return one or more items within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. You can ask for a refund or a change of goods.

Note for size change: it may happen that the size you want to change to is not available for the model of sneakers purchased. In this case we will refund the amount spent. Or you could opt for another model of sneakers.

  • Italy: the shipping costs for the return of the return are borne by ID.EIGHT, the shipping costs for sending the exchange are to be paid by ID.EIGHT.
  • Outside Italy: the shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer who can ship with a courier of his choice, the shipping costs for sending the goods exchange are borne by ID.EIGHT. If the customer pays with PayPal, he can take advantage of the free PayPal return.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all tags still attached and inside the box ID.EIGHT.

Return procedure:

  1. Go to your account in the orders section
  2. Copy / store the order number.
  3. Click on the EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS button.
  4. Fill out the return form.

Refund method:

Once the package has been returned to the warehouse and the necessary checks have been carried out, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. You will be refunded within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods returned to the warehouse. In case of orders canceled before their shipment, the refund will be made within 3 working days from the acceptance of the request.

Remember that the refund is made using the same payment method chosen when ordering.

The products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty, if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the products may be subject to import taxes and / or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination. It is not possible to predict in any way if and what costs would be incurred for the customs clearance of the goods.

In all cases, any costs relating to import taxes and / or customs duties will be borne by the customer.

Machine washing or soaking is NOT recommended.

You can clean them with a specific cleaner for sneakers or textile shoes, following the manufacturer's directions. Or take it to your trusted shoemaker!
